Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and the RMA form are included inside the box.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our distribution center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
